Advantages:

Совсем близко к центру, а следовательно пешая быстрая доступность к большинству магазинов, ресторанов, рынку, парку, церкви. Далековато от пляжа. Территория тенистая, площадка детская. Просторные номера и ванные комнаты, удобные матрасы. При общем(веерном) отключении электроэнергии в посёлке, тут всегда был свет. Интернет слабоват, конечно. Для работы не подойдёт. Кухня общая во дворе. Хозяйка заботливая, всегда легко найти и решить любой вопрос. В такой гостевой дом хочется возвращаться.

Advantages:

Соответственно цене. Не очень далеко от моря. В номерах уборка на троечку. Очень узкая парковка. По большому счёту - мы всем довольны.
